This site and the coaching are run by Eberly Coaching LLC, a Texas limited liability company owned by Jason Eberly. It's one coach, fully remote: no office, no marketing department, and no data team. Letters and legal notices go to 5900 Balcones Drive Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731, which is a mailing address only. Questions about anything on this page go to jason@jasoneberly.coach.
To contact you about your spot on the waitlist, to schedule your free icebreaker session and any coaching that follows, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to know which pages people actually read. That's the whole list.
I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. I don't run ad networks or advertising pixels on this site. I don't share what you wrote on the waitlist form with anyone, including your partner, beyond the services listed below that are needed to deliver and store the message.
Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), SignWell (signing agreements), Formspree (intake form delivery and storage), a secure form service for the private safety check, the video platform we meet on, Vercel (site hosting and the optional analytics), Substack (newsletter list), and Google Workspace (my email and encrypted file storage). Each one handles data under its own privacy policy. I picked them because they keep data handling simple and stay out of the advertising business.
Member records are kept for 3 years after coaching ends, then securely deleted, unless the law or an open legal matter requires longer. Waitlist entries stay while a list is open and a reasonable period afterward. Ask me for a copy of your records, or to delete anything I'm not required to keep, and I will.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site. The analytics I use is cookieless, and it only loads after you accept. Your answer to the banner is stored locally in your own browser so it stops asking. That's the only thing this site saves on your device.
This site and my coaching are for adults 18 and over, and nothing here is directed at children. If you're under 18, please don't submit the form. If you believe someone under 18 has, email me and I'll delete it.
The site is operated from the United States, and the services above process data there. If you're visiting from the EU, UK, or anywhere else with stronger data rights, email me for access, correction, or deletion and I'll honor the request the same way I would for anyone.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Nothing about how I handle data gets quietly rewritten.
By browsing this site, joining a waitlist, or working with me, you're agreeing to what's on this page. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site, and feel free to tell me why.
You need to be 18 or older to join a waitlist or work with me. When I say young adults, I mean people in their twenties.
The first waitlist closed September 24th, 2026. Whenever a list is open, joining it reserves your place in line and nothing more. There's no contract at that stage, no payment due, and no promise that a slot will still be open when your name comes up. Coaching starts only after we've talked, agreed on terms in writing, and both said yes. Dates on this site, including the coaching start date, can move.
Coaching starts at $250 a month and steps down the longer you stay: $225 from your 4th month, $200 from your 7th, and $175 from your 13th, which is the floor. You can lock in a lower step from day one with a 3, 6 or 12 month commitment ($225, $200 or $175 a month); in exchange, you agree to stay for the full term. It's charged in advance each month as a recurring subscription through Stripe and renews on its own until you cancel. When a term ends, you continue month to month at the rate you've earned on the ladder, and months on a term count toward it. A break of less than 6 months pauses your place on the ladder; 6 months or more away and you start again at $250. Stripe handles the card; I never see or store your card details. Your membership covers up to two hours of sessions per week. That allowance resets weekly and unused time doesn't carry over.
Email me and I'll cancel it. There's no retention gauntlet. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and that month isn't refunded. On a 3, 6 or 12 month commitment, cancelling early means repaying the discount on each month already billed ($25, $50 or $75 per month), charged to the card on file. Nothing is owed for the months you don't use. For example, leaving a 6-month plan at $200 after 2 months means 2 × $50 = $100. If I'm the one who ends coaching, you owe no repayment, and unless it's because of a broken agreement, I refund the unused part of the month. Changes to fees or terms come with at least 30 days' written notice, and a rate locked by a commitment stays put until the term ends.
Sessions are booked through the calendar link I give you, inside the hours listed on the site. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead through the links in your confirmation email and the time goes back into your weekly allowance. Later than that, more than 15 minutes late without a heads-up, or a no-show, and it counts against that week, because I was there for it.
The text, design, and materials on this site and in my Substack are mine. Quote a line and credit me and we're good. Please ask first before republishing whole pieces or reselling anything of mine.
Substack, Instagram, and the form service aren't run by me. Their content and their policies are their own.
This site is offered as it is. I may change, pause, or take down any part of it, and I can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If we ever disagree, let's try a conversation first.
I'm a certified mental health and wellness coach working toward board certification (NBC-HWC). I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or attorney, and coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal advice. The work I do looks forward and builds skills: habits, communication, repair after a fight, and the things a couple can practice on purpose. Nobody gets diagnosed or treated here, and none of it replaces care from a licensed professional. If what you're carrying needs clinical support, I'll say so plainly and help you find someone who can give it.
Nothing on this site is a promise about your relationship. I can't guarantee you'll feel closer, communicate better, or stay together, and no honest coach would tell you otherwise. What you get out of this depends mostly on the work you both put in between sessions.
Couples coaching isn't appropriate where there's abuse, violence, coercion, or fear of a partner, or where someone is in acute crisis. Those situations need trained professionals and, sometimes, immediate safety help. This is one of the things the free icebreaker session is for. If coaching isn't the right fit for you, I'd rather say so early and point you somewhere better.
